Alec is our President and CEO who has worked in the industry since 1985. He founded Crossgrove & Company Inc. in (1988) and oversees all three branches of the company (Wealth Management, Personal Insurance as well as Group Health and Retirement Benefits).

Bryce brings many years of experience streamlining internal processes among and between existing departments, improving their ability to effectively interface with one another, as well as with both clients and prospects. His primary focus is change management, process development, and support.
